‘Sneha Fresh'(Sneha Farms Pvt. Ltd.) a diversified business conglomerate from Telangana, has wider presence in processed chicken, chicken retailing, feed supplements, refining of edible oils. Growing demand for quality chicken encouraged the company to set up state-of-art chicken processing unit at Addakal village in Telangana.
When the Director of Sneha Fresh , Mr. Madhusudhan Reddy decided to build Phase I of the new processing unit spanning an area of 1 lakh sq.ft he decided to install industrial tiles for floor and wall. Mr. Madhusudhan Reddy had a bad experience with epoxy flooring done in previous units of Sneha Fresh, hence he selected MYK LATICRETE which has decades of experience in successful installations of industrial area tiling.

Installation system proposed by MYK LATICRETE
Floor area – Industrial tiles of size 2 feet x 2 feet were installed on freshly laid screed with wet-on-wet system. MYK LATICRETE Super Set® was recommended for installation. Super Set® is a Macromolecule based Liquid medium Hydro soluble Aqueous Suspension Concentrate to be diluted with Water prior to use with Portland Cement It works as a great enhancer for cement slurry bonding with tiles and stones removing the need for water curing.
LATAPOXY® 2000 Industrial Epoxy Grout was used for the entire joint filling of tile floor areas as it helps in providing an anti- bacterial and anti-fungal environment by ensuring clean and hygienic joints. This grout resists continuous exposure of high chemicals used for cleaning the processing unit machinery and flooring area.
Wall area – LATICRETE® 325 High Flex Ag Silver Floor and Wall Adhesive was used for fixing industrial tiles on the wall. Being a high performance dry set adhesive, it ensures strong bonding and easy installation.
SP-100 Tile joint was used for filling tile joints of wall area. It is a unique epoxy based joint filling material which provides 100% Stain resistant, non-cracking, strong and durable tile joints. It protects the tile joints from cleaning acids/ agents, mild chemicals and is anti- fungal & anti-bacterial.
