The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Global Development Centre, Deccan Park, spans a colossal 350,000 sq. ft., making it one of Hyderabad's largest IT establishments. For the complex installation of Red Agra natural stone on the external façade, TCS chose MYK LATICRETE over other leading tile & stone installation solutions, recognising its expertise and leadership.

Convincing Stakeholders

Initially, convincing the TCS team and architects to use adhesives for natural stone installation was challenging due to fears of debonding.

02 Demanding Features of the Project

Deamnding features
  • Installation of 280 mm x 140 mm, 30 mm thick red Agra stone over 140,000 sq. ft. of external wall
  • Providing grout colour to seamlessly match the red Agra stone.
  • Reducing the porosity of the red Agra stone.
  • Using a flexible sealant matching the stone colour to accommodate expansion and contraction.
