Overview of the Project
The Tanzanian Embassy stands as a significant architectural landmark in the capital city of New Delhi. This prestigious building was constructed by Bhayana Builders, who served as the main contractors. The external cladding of the embassy was subcontracted to Nishant Builders, reflecting the high standards and collaborative efforts in its construction. The principal architect, Mr. Venkat Pillai of M/s Nirman, conducted an in-depth study on the technical superiority of the proposed installation system, ultimately specifying MYK LATICRETE for the project. At MYK LATICRETE, we applied a high-strength adhesive to ensure a seamless installation of Rossa Pink Stone, securing it to the external façade without mechanical anchors. Our adhesive system was designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, maintaining the stone’s durability and integrity. We applied a specialised sealer to reduce the stone’s porosity while preserving its natural look. By using precise techniques, we ensured uniformity and stability across the 25,000 sq. ft. façade.
