Product Overview
MaxiSeal is a nano technology based impregnating sealer designed to protect medium to dense porous surfaces such as tile, stone and grout. It offers resistance against water, alkalis, acid staining and freeze-thaw damage. The sealer penetrates the surface, forming an invisible barrier that allows vapour to escape while preserving the natural colour. Treated surfaces become less slippery, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including grout, brick, masonry surfaces, granite, marble, ceramic and porcelain tiles. A field test is recommended to understand the substrate's absorption nature and maximise performance and efficiency.
