St. Regis Resort being a prestigious name in the global hospitality industry, had a very high standard of product specification. The architect firm  made certain that MYK LATICRETE products were definitely used in this project, considering company’s successful history of executing similar projects.

The areas of tile & stone installation comprised of swimming pools, bathrooms and corridor areas.

LATAPOXY® SP-100 Stainfree Grout for Floor N’ Wall was used to fill the tile joints in the private plunge pools of every villa. LATAPOXY® SP-100 Stainfree Grout provides superior resistance to chemicals used for water treatment, pH imbalance & delamination from movement.

LATICRETE® 9237 Waterproofing Membrane along with fabric roll was used to waterproof the bathroom areas. LATICRETE® 9237 is a roller applied, liquid waterproofing membrane for direct use under thin and thick bed installations of tile & stones.

LATICRETE® 252 Ag Silver Thin-set Adhesive was used to fix marble in bathroom areas spanning 175000 sq. ft approx and ceramic tiles in corridor areas measuring 10000 sft approx.LATICRETE® 252 has high bond strength and easy workability making it ideal for tile & stone installation in critical areas like bathrooms
